SendPulse Alternative for Telegram Bots in 2026

SendPulse is a full marketing suite with a capable Telegram chatbot builder inside it. If all you need is one good Telegram bot, you may be paying for, and learning, a lot more than that. Here is a fair comparison, and how to switch.

What SendPulse does well

SendPulse is not a Telegram bot tool that grew a marketing suite. It is a marketing suite (email, SMS, CRM, landing pages, live chat) that includes a chatbot builder, and that builder supports Telegram natively. You create the bot in BotFather, paste the token, and build conversations in a drag-and-drop flow editor with keyword triggers, a commands menu and inline buttons.

The Telegram side is genuinely deep. As of September 2026 it covers an inline search menu, Telegram Business and Mini App buttons, and on paid plans it adds posting to channels and groups, Telegram Stars payments and paid media, and a long list of external payment providers. Paid plans also add an AI step in the flow builder and connections to OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and DeepSeek models. There are iOS and Android apps for answering chats and checking stats, and the web interface is available in 10 languages.

The free plan is generous for a permanent tier: three bots, up to 500 subscribers, 10,000 messages per month, unlimited flows, no card and no time limit. If you want one platform for email, SMS, a CRM and chatbots on several messengers, SendPulse is a reasonable place to put all of it.

Why people look for a SendPulse alternative

Three reasons come up most often, and all three follow from how SendPulse is built, not from anything being broken.

  • Pricing is tied to subscriber count, not to the bot. Pro starts at $12 per month for up to 500 subscribers as of September 2026 ($9.60 per month if you pay yearly). It rises to $22 at 2,000 subscribers, $74 at 10,000 and $425 at 100,000. A Telegram bot that grows carries a bill that grows with it, and the plan is priced as a multi-messenger chatbot platform whether or not Telegram is your only channel. One caution: the Telegram feature page still quotes "from $9.85 per month", a figure that no longer appears in the live tariff table, so check their pricing page for the current numbers.
  • The free plan holds back the Telegram-specific parts. Free-plan bots carry SendPulse branding. The exact form it takes inside a Telegram bot is not described on SendPulse's own pages, so look at a free bot before you rely on one. Beyond that, you are limited to 10 variables and 10 triggers, and payments, Telegram Stars, posting to channels and groups, RSS autoposting, the full API and webhooks, and the file, audio and video flow elements are all paid-only. A free bot on SendPulse is a preview of the platform more than a finished product.
  • It is a lot of tool for a simple job. A flow builder with filters, pauses, random splits, variables, tags and CRM deals is powerful, and it takes time to learn. Third-party reviews mention a learning curve and a cluttered interface, and one reviewer rates the analytics as basic next to specialist tools; we could not verify those opinions ourselves, but they fit the shape of the product. The mobile apps handle chats and stats, and flow editing is not listed among their features, so building still happens at a desk.

None of this makes SendPulse a bad product. It makes it a suite, and a suite is only a bargain when you use most of it.

What to look for in a SendPulse alternative

If Telegram is your only channel, judge the alternative on the Telegram job alone:

  • A price that does not climb with your subscriber count
  • No branding or ads shown to your own users, on any plan
  • Commands, keyword replies, inline buttons and menus without a flow chart to maintain
  • Lead forms with response tracking
  • Scheduled broadcasts with delivery reports
  • A way to try the tool before you touch BotFather
  • Mobile apps you can build with, not only reply from

TeleMinute as a SendPulse alternative

TeleMinute is a no-code Telegram bot builder, and only that. There is no email, no SMS, no CRM and no WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook channel. That focus is the whole trade-off, so here are both sides of it plainly.

What you get: a visual editor for commands, keyword replies, inline buttons and menus, lead forms with response tracking, scheduled broadcasts with delivery reports, statistics, up to four images per command, and ready-made templates. It runs as a web app and as iOS and Android apps, with the interface in 10 languages (English, Turkish, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic and Persian). No ads and no TeleMinute branding are ever shown inside your bot, on any plan.

Pricing is flat: $3.99 per week, $9.99 per month, or $49.99 once for lifetime access. Regional discounts of up to 70% apply automatically in eligible countries, and you can pay by card or with Telegram Stars. Your subscriber count never changes the price.

You can also start without a token. TeleMinute lends you a demo bot from its pool for 15 minutes, so you see a live bot in about a minute; when you are ready, paste your own BotFather token and keep everything you built. The trial needs no card. After the 15 minutes the bot pauses until you subscribe.

What SendPulse has that TeleMinute does not: a drag-and-drop flow builder with conditional branching, a built-in AI step and AI model connections, a CRM, channels beyond Telegram, and checkout through providers such as Stripe or PayPal. TeleMinute's payment story is limited to Telegram Stars features; there is no built-in checkout for your own products. If any of those is central to your bot, TeleMinute is the wrong choice, and this article should save you a trial.

Who should stay with SendPulse

Stay if you use the rest of the suite. If your email list, SMS campaigns and CRM already live in SendPulse, and the Telegram bot is one branch of that, moving the bot out would split your data for little gain. Stay too if you need conditional flows, an AI agent inside the bot, WhatsApp or Instagram alongside Telegram, or checkout through Stripe, PayPal or a local payment provider. And if the free plan's limits suit you and the branding does not bother you, there is nothing to switch away from.

How to switch from SendPulse to TeleMinute

Your bot, its username and everyone who has already pressed Start on it live on Telegram, not in SendPulse. You only change what answers the messages.

  1. In SendPulse, open Chatbots, then Manage bots, and disconnect or delete the Telegram bot. Then open @BotFather, choose the bot, and regenerate its token. The new token cuts the old connection whether or not SendPulse removes it on its side. Our BotFather guide walks through the token step.
  2. Create a TeleMinute account and paste the new token, or start with the demo bot first and add your token when you are ready.
  3. Rebuild your menus with a template or from scratch. Commands, keyword replies and broadcasts usually take a few minutes; a large flow takes longer, because you are translating it into commands and menus rather than importing it.

People who started your bot stay reachable, because Telegram ties them to the bot, not to the platform behind it. Flows, tags, variables, campaign history and statistics do not leave SendPulse, and whether you can export subscriber data from its Audience tab is not documented, so save anything you need before you delete the bot. Frequently asked questions

Is SendPulse free for Telegram bots?

Yes. As of September 2026 SendPulse has a permanent free plan with 3 chatbots, up to 500 subscribers and 10,000 messages per month, with no card and no time limit. Free-plan bots carry SendPulse branding, and payments, Telegram Stars, channel posting and the AI step all need a paid plan.

How much does SendPulse cost for a Telegram bot?

As of September 2026 the Pro plan starts at $12 per month for up to 500 subscribers, or $9.60 per month when billed annually, and it rises with your subscriber count: $22 at 2,000, $74 at 10,000 and $425 at 100,000. Check the SendPulse pricing page for the current figures.

Can I move my SendPulse Telegram bot to TeleMinute?

Yes. Disconnect the bot in SendPulse, regenerate its token in BotFather and paste the new token into TeleMinute. People who already started your bot stay reachable, because they belong to the bot on Telegram, not to the platform. Flows, tags, variables and statistics do not transfer.

Does TeleMinute have a flow builder or AI like SendPulse?

No. TeleMinute builds bots from commands, keyword replies, inline menus, lead forms and scheduled broadcasts. It has no flow-chart editor with conditional branching, no built-in AI chat and no CRM. If those are essential to your bot, SendPulse is the better fit.
