PuzzleBot Alternative for Telegram Bots in 2026
PuzzleBot is a deep, Telegram-first bot constructor with a free plan that never expires, and it is widely used in Russian-speaking markets. If you are looking for an alternative anyway, it is usually about the free-plan advertising, the Russian-centric billing, or the learning curve. Here is a fair comparison, and how to switch.
What PuzzleBot does well
PuzzleBot is a Russian bot constructor, in full release since September 2019 and still actively updated, with a very deep Telegram-specific feature set. In the web dashboard you create Commands and Conditions and fill them with blocks: text, media, keyboards, input forms, payments, timeouts, variables and actions. Around the bot it manages channels, groups and forum topics, supports Telegram Business accounts and Mini Apps, and since the May 2026 update a "project" can hold one Telegram bot plus one bot in the Russian messenger MAX.
Its payment provider list is unusually broad: Telegram Stars, YooKassa, Robokassa, Stripe, Payme, Click, crypto wallets, around twenty Telegram-native providers in total and recurring subscriptions with six of them, plus a built-in shop. Integrations are officially documented (API, webhooks, Google Sheets, NocoDB, Make, AmoCRM and Bitrix24). The free plan has no time limit, and the paid entry price is low: 990 RUB per month, roughly $13 when paying by foreign card, as of September 2026.
If you sell to a Russian-speaking audience and need payments, moderation or branching logic, PuzzleBot is a serious tool. So why do people look elsewhere?
Why people look for a PuzzleBot alternative
Three reasons come up most often:
- The free plan advertises PuzzleBot to your users, and it is tight. The official pricing page lists "service advertising present" for the free plan and "no advertising" for every paid plan. Exactly how and where that advertising appears is not described in PuzzleBot's help center; third-party reviews say it shows up in messages. The free plan is also capped at 1 bot, 150 subscribers, 15 commands, no administrator access, no webhooks and a 3,000 RUB per month income cap. Fine for a hobby bot; for a business the walls arrive quickly, and the only way past the advertising is a paid plan.
- Billing and support are built for Russia first. Prices are set in RUB. The 10% autopayment discount needs a Russian bank card, foreign cards cannot use autopayment and carry an 11 USD minimum charge, and the USD figures are approximate: as of September 2026 the pricing page shows the Creative plan as $13 in one place and $12 in another, so check their pricing page for the current figure. The dashboard and help center have an English toggle, but support is described in Russian only, and English-language support is not confirmed either way.
- Power comes with a learning curve, and there is no native app. Independent reviewers describe the interface as non-standard and complex for beginners, with few templates to start from. The official site advertises a "mobile version", which is a responsive web dashboard plus a limited control panel inside Telegram via the /cp command. We could not find a native iOS or Android app, although we checked only through web search.
What to look for in a PuzzleBot alternative
- No ads and no third-party branding shown to your users, on any plan
- Pricing in a currency you can pay in, by card or Telegram Stars, without minimum-charge surprises
- A visual editor you can learn in an afternoon: commands, keyword replies, inline buttons and menus
- Lead forms with response tracking, and scheduled broadcasts with delivery reports
- Native mobile apps so you can edit and broadcast from your phone
- An interface in your own language, not only Russian and English
- A clear answer to "what happens to my bot if I stop paying"
TeleMinute as a PuzzleBot alternative
TeleMinute is a no-code Telegram bot builder for businesses and creators. You build in a visual editor: commands, keyword replies, inline buttons and menus, lead forms with response tracking, scheduled broadcasts with delivery reports, statistics, up to 4 images per command, and ready-made templates to start from. It runs as a web app and as native iOS and Android apps, and the interface is available in 10 languages: English, Turkish, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic and Persian.
Two things set it apart. First, no ads and no TeleMinute branding are ever shown inside your bot, on the trial or on any paid plan. Second, you do not need a BotFather token to start: TeleMinute lends you a demo bot from its pool for 15 minutes, so you see a live bot in about a minute, and when you paste your own token later you keep everything you built. Pricing is $3.99 per week, $9.99 per month or $49.99 for lifetime access in one payment, with regional discounts of up to 70% applied automatically in eligible countries. You can pay by card or with Telegram Stars.
The trade-offs are real. PuzzleBot has several things TeleMinute does not:
- A block-based constructor with Conditions, variables and per-user drip Scenarios. TeleMinute has no flow-chart editor with conditional branching.
- Payment checkout through more than twenty providers and a built-in shop. TeleMinute offers Telegram Stars features only, with no other checkout for your own products.
- Channel and group tooling: multi-posting, Triggers, Moderation, Dialogs (live chat as the bot), Mini Apps and Business accounts.
- Documented API and webhook integrations, Google Sheets, NocoDB, Make, AmoCRM and Bitrix24. TeleMinute has no CRM and no integrations of this kind.
- An AI path through PxAI (Puzzle AI), a separately billed service that works only with PuzzleBot; whether it is in-house or a partner is not stated. TeleMinute has no built-in AI chat.
- A free plan that never expires. TeleMinute's free tier is a 15 minute trial bot with no card; after the trial the bot pauses until you subscribe.
Neither tool reaches WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook; PuzzleBot adds the MAX messenger, TeleMinute is Telegram only. If your must-haves are mostly in the list above, PuzzleBot is the better fit. If you need a clean menu bot, lead capture, broadcasts and stats, without ads, in your language, on your phone, read on.

Who should stay with PuzzleBot
Stay where you are if any of these describe you:
- You sell through the bot using Russian or CIS payment providers, recurring subscriptions, or the built-in shop.
- You run channels and groups and need moderation, triggers and multi-posting from one place.
- Your bot logic depends on conditions, variables and multi-step scenarios.
- You are an agency reselling the dashboard under your own brand with the White Label add-on (350 RUB per bot per month on the Professional and Individual plans according to PuzzleBot's blog; the pricing page prints no figure, so confirm with their support).
- You pay comfortably in RUB and are happy with Russian-language documentation and support.
For a hobby bot under 150 subscribers where the advertising does not bother you, the free plan is a rational choice.
How to switch from PuzzleBot to TeleMinute
You keep your bot. You only change what powers it.
- Open @BotFather, choose your bot, and regenerate the token. This disconnects PuzzleBot. Our BotFather guide walks through it.
- Create a TeleMinute account and paste the new token, or start with the 15 minute demo bot first and add your token afterwards.
- Rebuild your menus with a template or from scratch; for a simple menu bot this is usually a matter of minutes. There is no automatic import, and conditions, variables and payment blocks do not transfer, so note them before you start.
Your bot's username, its chat history and its subscribers on Telegram all stay exactly where they are. We could not find a subscriber export in PuzzleBot's help center, so plan on your audience continuing on Telegram rather than being moved as a file. For the full walkthrough, see our no-code bot guide.
See your bot live in one minute, no token needed
TeleMinute lends you a demo bot for 15 minutes, with no card and no BotFather step. Build a menu, message your bot, and paste your own token whenever you are ready.

Is PuzzleBot free?
Yes. As of September 2026 PuzzleBot has a free plan with no time limit, but it is capped at 1 bot, 150 subscribers, 15 commands and no administrator access, and PuzzleBot shows its own advertising inside your bot on that plan. Paid plans start at 990 RUB per month, roughly $13 when paying by foreign card, and remove the advertising.
Does PuzzleBot work outside Russia?
Yes, but it is built for Russia first. The dashboard and help center are available in Russian and English only, prices are set in RUB with approximate USD equivalents, foreign cards cannot use the autopayment discount and carry an 11 USD minimum charge as of September 2026, and support is described in Russian only. Check the PuzzleBot pricing page for the current figures.
Can I move my PuzzleBot bot to TeleMinute?
Yes. Regenerate your bot token in BotFather to disconnect PuzzleBot, then paste it into TeleMinute, or start with a demo bot first. Your bot username, chat history and subscribers on Telegram stay exactly where they are. Menus are rebuilt by hand; there is no automatic import.
What does PuzzleBot have that TeleMinute does not?
Quite a lot for advanced builders: a block-based constructor with conditions and variables, payment checkout through more than twenty providers plus a built-in shop, channel and group moderation, Mini Apps, documented API and webhook integrations, and an AI add-on through the separately billed PxAI service. TeleMinute focuses on commands, keyword replies, buttons, lead forms, broadcasts and statistics, with native mobile apps and an interface in 10 languages.
